Returns

Up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item that is a special order/ custom request will not be eligible for return.

If you return a product without all parts included in the original package, we have the right to either (a) refuse delivery of such return or (b) charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the product, or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher.
